The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, took part in celebration of Sabantui in Muslyumovo village
Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, took part in celebration of Sabantui in Muslyumovo village of Muslyumovskiy municipal district. He greeted the participants on behalf of the leadership of the republic, emphasizing the importance of the Tatar national holiday Sabantui.
“Each of us is looking forward to this holiday, said the Minister. - Today Sabantui is not only a symbol of the end of spring field work, but also peace, harmony and friendship of all nations. It is celebrated both in the regions of the Russian Federation and in other countries”.
The holiday included a rich cultural and entertainment program with participation of the creative teams of the region. There were organized races, various contests, games, and also sports competitions: wrestling on belts, lifting weights and arm wrestling, tug-of-war, climbing on a pole, running with rocker arms and buckets with water, running in bags, fighting on a log, etc.
