Pupils of the school camp of Lyceum No. 14 in Zelenodolskiy district got acquainted with the work of the Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan

Pupils of the summer school camp of Lyceum No.14 in Zelenodolskiy district visited the branch of the Federal Budgetary Institution Roslesozashchita - Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. The excursion for the children was conducted by the Deputy Head of the branch - Venera Efremenkova.

During the visit, schoolchildren learned about the features of assessing the seeds of forest plants, conducting forest pathological monitoring and factors that have a negative impact on the sanitary condition of forests.

At the end of the meeting, an “examination” was held for the students to determine the tree species based on herbarium materials and plant seeds.
