The Ministry discussed the results of forest management works in the forest fund of Sabinskiy forest district
Today, the Ministry held the second forest management meeting on the results of provision of forest management services in the forest fund of Sabinskiy forest district. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilgizar Zaripov. The event was attended by the Director of the Kazan branch of Roslesinforg, Airat Yusupov, the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Sabinskiy Forest District” Vasil Gizzatullin, the Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Educational and Experimental Sabinskiy Forestry Enterprise” Ilgam Rakhmatullin and others.
Opening the meeting, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov said that according to the state contract, the Kazan branch of Roslesinforg completed field and office work on forest management and taxation of forests on the lands of the forest fund of Sabinskiy forest district. “Today we have gathered to discuss the results of these works, the design of measures for conservation, protection and reproduction of forests, as well as to consider the dynamics of state of forest plantations since the time of the previous forest management”, he said.
Further, the Director of the Kazan branch of Roslesinforg Airat Yusupov spoke. He noted that in the course of carrying out forest management work, forest valuation was carried out using an eye-measuring method according to the first taxation category. The total area of forest land of the Sabinskiy forest district is 60.4 thousand hectares, including protective forests - 10.9 thousand hectares.
The Deputy Director of the branch Gazinur Kamaldinov told in more detail about the forest management works. He acquainted the participants of the meeting with indicators of forest area in the territories of district forestries and municipal districts, the state of forest crops, characteristics of existing and projected specially protected natural areas, etc.
Then there was a discussion about the volume of forestry work in the forest fund of Sabinskiy forest district.
