Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, employees of the Ministry, representatives of institutions and organizations of the republic.
The meeting was opened and the working order was announced by the First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov. Lilya Murtazina, Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel, and Elvira Ziyatdinova, Senior Consultant of the Sector, spoke at the event.
Elvira Ziyatdinova acquainted those present with the results of activities in the field of anti-corruption in the Ministry for the 1st half of this year. She recalled that this work is carried out in accordance with the state program approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 512 of July 19, 2014.
As part of the program, information on the incomes of civil servants and heads of subordinate institutions for 2018 was collected, consultations were held for persons who entered the civil service, explanatory work on changes in anti-corruption legislation was performed etc. “No data on availability or possibility of a conflict of interest among civil servants has been received by the Minister and there are no grounds for conducting inspections against the staff of the Ministry”, concluded Elvira Ziyatdinova.
Lilia Murtazina highlighted the issues of staffing the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. She said that the total number of employees in the forest industry is over 2.6 thousand people. At the same time, there is a shortage of personnel in the industry, both in managerial and servicing sector.
Then a discussion and exchange of views on possibilities of attracting young specialists to the forest industry took place.
