Work on care for young stands has been done on the area of 1.3 thousand hectares in Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work on care for young stands continues. According to the specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of July 22 of this year, improvement cutting in young stands was carried out on the area of ​​1.3 thousand hectares.

“Carrying out such works is the key to obtaining high-quality forest plantations. When cutting, the density of plantations is regulated and conditions are created for the growth of trees, said Aleksey Mosunov, Head of the Department of State Forest Registry, Forest Use and Forest Management of the Ministry. - In total, this year it is planned to carry out such works on the area of ​​3,000 hectares”.
