State awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan were presented in the Kazan Kremlin
Today, the Kazan Kremlin hosted the presentation of state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The awards to distinguished Tatarstan citizens were presented by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan - Farid Mukhametshin.
Welcoming the participants of the ceremony, Farid Mukhametshin noted that each of them by their work makes a worthy contribution to the socio-economic development of Tatarstan. “Today on this sunny day I had the opportunity to thank you for your tireless work, for your success, for your contribution to the development of our republic. In many ways, thanks to you, Tatarstan firmly maintains its position among the leading, dynamically developing regions of the Russian Federation, the Head of Parliament noted. - The growth of the republic's GRP over 5 months amounted to 100.7. The industrial production index for the half year is 101.3%. For the first half of the year, 1.46 million square meters of housing were commissioned, agricultural products were manufactured to 93 billion rubles. More than 536 billion rubles of revenues (tax, non-tax payments and other deductions) were mobilized, 74% of which were directed to the federal budget. All these successes and achievements would hardly have been possible without you! Without your creative work, responsibility, non-indifference, love for your work and your native republic”.
According to Farid Mukhametshin, the main priorities of the social and economic development of the republic are formulated in Strategy 2030. Unique opportunities to promote the republic and make it competitive are provided by national projects initiated by the President of the Russian Federation. “Huge funds will be spent on implementation of these projects of unprecedented scale, said the Chairman of the RT State Council. - Within the first 3 years only, 52.1 billion rubles will be spent on their implementation in Tatarstan (including 34.1 billion rubles from the federal budget). And this is in addition to the 40 “presidential” programs with a budget for this year of almost 41 billion rubles, implemented for the equal development of territories, improving the quality of life of Tatarstan people”.
About 50 people who have distinguished themselves in culture, health, education, ecology and others received awards today. A representative of the forestry branch was also awarded: the honorary title “Honored Forester of the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded to the Forest Master of Baltasinskiy district forestry of State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arskiy Forest District” - Marsel Nizamutdinov.
Marsel Nizamutdinov has 41 years experience in the industry. In his labor activity, he worked as a forester, assistant forester and deputy district forester. Since 2008 he has been working as a forest master at the Baltasinskiy district forestry. Earlier he was awarded the badges “For saving and enhancement of the forest wealth of the RSFSR” (1984), “10 years of service in the state forest guard of the USSR” (1988), “For saving and enhancement of the forest wealth of Russia” (1994), “20 years of service in the state protection of the Russian Federation” (1998), Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan (2013, 2018) and others.
“I followed the footsteps of my parents. My father worked as an accountant in Surnarskiy forestry, and my mother worked as a beekeeper and forester. From childhood I loved the forest, I worked in the nursery. When I returned from the army, I had a choice - 3 jobs, but I stopped at forestry, - says Marsel Nizamutdinov. - Of course, it is very pleasant to receive such an award. I plan to continue to work as far as strength and health allow me”.
