The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls the requirements of forest legislation on accounting of wood and transactions with it
LesEGAIS system has been operating in the Russian Federation since 2015. This system is designed to account for wood and transactions with it, as well as the analysis of the information provided and control over the information received.
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that failure to submit or late submission of a wood trade declaration, as well as deliberately false information in the wood trade declaration, imposes an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 5 to 20 thousand rubles, on persons conducting business activities without forming a legal entity - from 7 to 25 thousand rubles, on legal entities - from 100 to 200 thousand rubles. Violation of the wood accounting procedure entails the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 25 to 35 thousand rubles, on legal entities - from 200 to 400 thousand rubles, violation of the requirements of forest legislation regarding mandatory marking of wood - on officials in the amount of 30 to 40 rubles with wood confiscation or without it; for legal entities - from 300 to 500 thousand rubles with wood confiscation or without it.
Transportation of wood without an accompanying document issued in accordance with the procedure established by forest legislation shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of wood and (or) vehicles that are an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it, on legal entities - from 500 to 700 thousand rubles with confiscation of wood and (or) vehicles, being an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it.
