19 tons of charcoal sold was realized in the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kamskiy Forestry Enterprise”
In May of this year, a mini-workshop for production of charcoal was opened at the SBI of RT “Kamskiy Forestry Enterprise”. “We were faced with the question of what to do with the low-grade wood that we get when we cut our forests. It is unprofitable to hand it over to factories at a low price, so we decided to open a mini-workshop”, said Farit Mugminov, Director of the forestry enterprise. “Now things have started, coal is bought by wholesalers and individual entrepreneurs from Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Elabuga”.
In total, for this period 19 tons of products worth 377 thousand rubles were produced and sold at the forestry enterprise. “According to our estimates, the profitability is 83%, we plan to continue to engage in the production of charcoal”, added Farit Mugminov.
