Operational and preventive measure “Lesovoz” continues in the Republic of Tatarstan. Last week, state forest inspectors, together with employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, carried out 9 joint raids, inspected 7 vehicles loaded with timber, and there were no violations. Since the beginning of the year, more than 550 raids have been carried out and 3 cases of administrative offenses for transporting wood without an accompanying document drawn up in accordance with forest legislation have been instituted.
We remind you that transporting wood without an accompanying document drawn up in the manner prescribed by forest legislation entails the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of wood and (or) vehicles that are an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it; for legal entities - from 500 to 700 thousand rubles with confiscation of wood and (or) vehicles, which are an instrument of an administrative offense, or without it.
