Forestry issues were discussed in Aksubayevskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, a regional seminar-meeting devoted to forestry issues was held in Aksubayevskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, the Head of the municipal district Kamil Gilmanov, the Head of the executive committee of the district Anatoly Gorbunov, employees of the Ministry, head-foresters of Aksubayevskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Kaleikinskiy, Almetyevskiy, Nurlatskiy, Bilyarskiy, Alkeyevskiy forest districts, as well as directors of Aksubayevskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Kaleikinskiy, Almetyevskiy, Nurlatskiy, Bilyarskiy, Alkeyevskiy forestry enterprises.
During the practical part of the seminar-meeting, its participants examined the production base and forest nursery of the State Budgetary Institution of the RT “Aksubayevskiy Forestry Enterprise”, assessed the quality of spruce planting in quarter 50 of the Aksubayevsky forestry district and the results of forest maintenance work in quarter 49 of Ibraikinskiy forestry district and quarter 35 of Aksubayevsky district forestry. Along with this, the specialists got acquainted with the forestry plot in quarter 63 of the Ibraikinskiy district forestry, which was transferred to forested lands this year. Explanations during the inspection were given by the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the RT “Aksubayevskiy Forest District” Andrei Ilmukhin and the Director of the SBI of RT “Aksubayevskiy Forestry Enterprise” Sergey Kuznetsov.
The plenary meeting was held on the basis of the Aksubayevskiy District House of Culture. The main report was made by the Head-Forester Andrei Ilmukhin, who reported on the results of the institution in 2019. So, on the territory of the forestry forest fund, work on artificial reforestation was carried out on the area of 51.6 hectares (100% of the plan), the establishment of protective forest stands - on the area of 30 hectares (100%), addition of forest crops - on 32 hectares (30, 8%), agricultural care - on 242 ha (58%), sowing seeds in a forest nursery - 1 ha. As part of ensuring fire safety in the forests, 39 km of new mineralized strips were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 205 km were maintained, more than 120 pieces of information leaflets were distributed, 23 warnings were issued on inadmissibility of violating fire safety rules, etc.
“In addition, 5 places of mass recreation were repaired in the forestry district, 4 nameplates were updated and 3 new ones were installed”, added Andrei Ilmukhin. “As of today, 85 kilograms of seeds have been harvested, and young stocks have been taken up on the area of 54.9 hectares”.
The Head-Forester added that by the end of the year all work provided for by the state assignment will be completed. “Before the start of the new school year, we are preparing for events with pupils of school forest districts, as well as the republican environmental campaigns “Clean Forests of Tatarstan” and “Forest Week - 2019”, concluded Andrei Ilmukhin.
The First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov summed up the meeting. He urged the directors of forestry enterprises to pay special attention to harvesting of seeds of forest plants, conduct of thinning of forest care and health-improving measures. “I ask head-foresters to keep under control the implementation of warnings issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs”, concluded Ilgizar Zaripov.
