Acceptance of applications for participation in the II All-Russian competition “The Best Eco-Volunteer Team” continues
Acceptance of applications for participation in the II All-Russian competition “The Best Eco-Volunteer Team” continues. Its organizers are the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation and the Non-Governmental Environmental Fund named after V.I. Vernadsky together with the All-Russian Society for Conservation of Nature, ANO Expocenter “Reserves of Russia” and the Interregional Environmental Public Organization “GREENLIFE”.
The competition is held in the following nominations: “Forest volunteers” (projects of volunteer groups for conservation and restoration of forests and forest stands), “Helping nature reserves” (projects of volunteer groups in specially protected natural areas), “Eco-volunteers for rivers and lakes” (projects of volunteer groups on cleaning the shores of water bodies), “Eco-volunteers of the city” (volunteer teams to improve courtyards and city streets), “No rubbish!” (volunteer teams to solve the garbage problem), “Ecological Look” (creation and distribution of informational and educational materials and media resources of environmental and volunteer topics).
Volunteer groups, uniting citizens aged 10 and older, who have implemented socio-environmental projects, are invited to participate. Applications are accepted until September 30, 2019.
