Kazan will celebrate the Day of Forest Workers on September 14
On September 14, 2019, a series of events dedicated to the Day of Forest Workers will be held in Kazan. So, the ceremony of handing over the keys of forest patrol, forest fire and forestry equipment will take place in the square in front of the GBKZ named after S. Saydashev. It will be attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, the Head of the Department of Forestry in the Volga Federal District Aleksandr Ornatsky and the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov.
It is expected that a total of 72 units of equipment will be transferred to subordinate institutions of the Ministry (46 units are exhibited on the site). These are 21 forest patrol vehicles based on the VAZ-21214 (Niva), 5 fire tankers, 4 universal forest fire complexes, 3 crew vehicles, 3 small forest patrol complexes, 2 bulldozers, 11 sorting trucks with hydraulic manipulators and trailers, 3 harvesters, 3 forwarders, 13 universal front-end log loaders and 4 tractors.
Korston-Kazan will host a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Forest Workers. On this day, the best head-foresters of forest districts, directors of forestry enterprises, forest conservation and protection engineers, forest masters and other specialists of the republic’s forest industry will be honored.
Also, in Korston-Kazan, the event participants will be able to familiarize themselves with the exhibition of forestry achievements of the Republic of Tatarstan, see the products produced by the forestry enterprises, etc.
