Pupils of the “Lesnoi rodnik” school forest district joined the All-Russian campaign “Victory Forest”
Pupils of the “Lesnoi rodnik” school forest district of Lesno-Kaleikinskaya Secondary School of Almetyevskiy municipal district joined the All-Russian campaign “Victory Forest”. Planting trees was organized near the Kaleikino village - on the territory of the regional monument of nature “Aktashskiy Proval”. In total, 30 seedlings of spruce and mountain ash were planted by schoolchildren and employees of the State Public Institution of Tatarstan “Kaleikinskiy Forest District”.
“We would like to once again remind pupils of the feat of our people in the fight against fascism, of brave people, their heroism, perseverance and devotion to their country. How important it is to preserve the world”, said Damir Mindrakhmanov, Head-forester of the State Public Institution of Tatarstan “Kaleikinskiy Forest District”.
The special “Victory Forest” project is being implemented by the All-Russian Ecological Public Movement “Green Russia’ in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The main goal of the project is to plant a tree in honor of each of the 27 million dead in World War.
