Seed harvesting continues in the State Budgetary Institution of the RT “Tetyushskiy Forestry Enterprise”

The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushskiy Forestry Enterprise” continues seed harvesting of the main forest-forming species. According to specialists of the institution, as of October 23, this year in total, 592 kg of seeds were harvested, including oak - 550 kg, ash - 25 kg, spruce and pine - 6 kg each, birch - 5 kg.

Recently, forestry enterprise employees completed work on preparing soil for forest crops of 2020. Such events were held on the area of ​​70 hectares.

Let us recall that in the whole of the Republic of Tatarstan this year it is planned to harvest more than 11.4 thousand kg of seeds and prepare soil for forest crops of next year on the area of ​​2 thousand hectares.
