A seminar-meeting on implementation of professional standards was held at the Ministry
Today, the Ministry held a seminar-meeting on “Implementation of professional standards in the framework of national projects. Transition Algorithms. Sanctions for failure to comply.” The event was attended by the Administrative Officer of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Shagayeva, General Director of “Leader” TsAOT Maxim Zhukovsky, employees of the Ministry, heads and personnel specialists of subordinate institutions.
The seminar was opened by the Administrative Officer of the Ministry of Elmira Shagayeva. “Transition period for the introduction of professional standards ends on January 1, 2020. In our subordinate institutions, work is underway in this direction, but I am sure that you have a lot of questions”, said Elmira Shagayeva, addressing the participants of the event. “We have gathered here to answer them and give you all necessary information to correctly complete the process of implementing professional standards”.
Further, the main report was made by the General Director of “Leader” TsAOT Maxim Zhukovsky. “Since 2018, issues of qualifications, independent assessment of qualifications, and the transition to professional standards have been included in 2 national projects - these are Education and Labor Productivity and Employment Support”, he noted.
Maxim Zhukovsky spoke about legal acts regulating the introduction of professional standards, such as Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2012 No. 597, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 22, 2013 No. 23, Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated May 2, 2015 No. 122-FZ, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2016 No. 584, etc. Along with this, the speaker acquainted those present with a number of orders of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, which approved the rules for the development of professional standards.
“For successful work in this direction, you must necessarily familiarize yourself with all regulatory legal acts”, said Maxim Zhukovsky.
The speaker dwelt in detail at the stages of implementing professional standards - issuing an order on creation of a commission, drawing up a schedule for implementation of professional standards, determining the labor functions of employees and applying the necessary professional standards in accordance with them, etc.
