Acceptance of applications for the regional stage of the All-Russian contest “Get ready, Eco-Squad” is open
Acceptance of applications for the regional stage of the All-Russian contest “Get ready, Eco-Squad” is open. Its organizers are Republican Center for Extracurricular Activities, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, City Children's Ecological and Biological Center in Kazan and the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement.
The contest can be attended by both newly created and already existing environmental groups of four people, formed on the basis of institutions of general and additional education, children's public associations.
The contest is held in three areas:
- environmental research (a project aimed at monitoring the ecological state of the environment in their places of residence);
- eco-education (a project aimed at spread of knowledge about environmental safety, information on the state of the environment and on the use of natural resources);
- green startup (a project aimed at implementing non-standard ways of preserving ecology, efficient energy consumption, ecotourism, etc.).
The contest will be held in 2 stages: the first is the submission of applications (participants must send an application to the email address ecocentrdom@gmail.com till November 1, 2019), the second is the correspondence stage (within its framework, environmental project curators will send an environmental project in one of the areas of the contest and information on the campaigns held to the email address ecocentrdom@gmail.com till January 15, 2020).
