The Ministry discussed development of design estimates for creation of a center for growing planting material of oak
Today, the Ministry held a meeting on development of design estimates for creation of a center for growing planting material of oak with a closed root system. It was held by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by Deputy Ministers Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov, the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of RT “Sabinskiy Forest District” Vasil Gizzatullin, Director of the Forest Selection and Seed Center of RT Ruslan Gazizov and representatives of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”.
Let us recall that this project is planned to be implemented on the basis of the Forest Selection and Seed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. With its successful implementation, the production capacity of the complex will be 2 million pieces of young oak seedlings with a closed root system per year.
The meeting participants discussed issues of equipping the center, project financing, etc.
The meeting was concluded by the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. “This is an important project for us, I ask everyone to strengthen work in your areas. There is not much time left, design and estimate documentation should be prepared before December 1 of this year”, the Minister emphasized.
