Foresters of Tatarstan liquidated an unauthorized landfill in the forest

Employees of the State Public Institution “Zainskiy Forest District” carried out work to eliminate the unauthorized landfill in the territory adjacent to the forest fund. More than 2.5 tons of garbage were removed.

A message about the fact of pollution was received through the GIS “People's Control” system, which regularly receives numerous complaints from citizens about cluttering the lands of the forest fund with household garbage.

Despite the fact that garbage removal is not within the competence of forest control, workers of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic regularly collect and remove household garbage at their own expense, organize actions to clean the forest with the involvement of active citizens.
