Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov instructed employees to study the experience of the Moscow Region Forestry Committee in providing public services in electronic form
Today, a ministerial meeting was held at the Ministry, at which the progress in execution of protocol orders was discussed. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by deputy ministers, administrative officer, heads of departments of the Ministry.
During the meeting, issues of implementation of federal state forest supervision, development of the estimated cutting area, supply of wood to enterprises of the republic, development of the Geoinformation system of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on state languages, etc. were considered.
In particular, the Minister was informed that an action plan for prevention of forest fires among the population of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020 was developed and approved. Within its framework, meetings will be held between forest industry experts and heads of rural settlements, population, tenants, and owners of forest areas adjacent to the forest fund, and active fire-fighting propaganda will be organized in the media.
After listening to the reports, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov instructed the Ministry staff to study the experience of the Moscow Region Forestry Committee in providing a number of public services in electronic form. “We must follow the trends of the modern world. The advantages of receiving public services in this way are obvious to applicants, this is simplicity, convenience and time saving”, the Minister emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions regarding the conduct of control and supervision measures, development of the school forestry movement in the republic and preparations for the collegium “On results of work of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 and tasks for 2020”.
