A seminar-meeting for state forest inspectors was held at the Ministry

Today, the Ministry held a seminar on implementation of federal state forest supervision (forest protection) in the territory of the forest fund of the republic. The event was attended by employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, head-foresters, their deputies, forest conservation and protection engineers, local foresters from Agryzskiy, Aznakayevskiy, Elabuzhskiy, Zainskiy and Menzelinskiy forest districts.

“In order to increase the effectiveness of implementation of federal state forest supervision this month, we are conducting official training for our inspectors. Earlier, such seminars were held on December 5, 10 and 13”, said Airat Akhmerov, Head of the State Control and Supervision Department of the Ministry, opening the seminar-meeting.

During his speech, Airat Akhmerov told the participants of the seminar on the regulatory legal acts governing the implementation of federal state forest supervision, the rights and obligations of state forest inspectors, features of conducting planned and unscheduled, documentary and field inspections, forest control activities (patrolling and planned (raid) examinations).

“If violations are detected during scheduled and unscheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the administrative offense protocol is drawn up on the legal entity, if an order entrusts the official with the responsibility to comply with the requirements of the current legislation in this area, it is also necessary to draw up an administrative protocol offenses on the official too, - the speaker recalled. - The audit materials (inspection report, warrant, administrative offense report and other documents) must be submitted to the Ministry no later than one day from the date of its completion”.

He also dwelt in detail on the rules for issuing warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements established by municipal legal acts, drawing up acts on forest violations and protocols on administrative offenses.
