A seminar-meeting on implementation of federal state forest supervision was held at the Ministry
Today, the Ministry held a seminar on implementation of federal state forest supervision (forest protection) in the territory of the forest fund of the republic. The event was attended by employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, head-foresters, their deputies, forest conservation and protection engineers, local foresters from Laishevskiy, Kamskiy, Kzyl-Yulduzskiy, Mamadyshskiy and Nizhnekamskiy forest districts.
The seminar was held by the Head of the State Control and Supervision Department of the Ministry Airat Akhmerov. He spoke about the peculiarities of conducting scheduled and unscheduled, documentary and field inspections, control measures in the forests (patrolling and scheduled (raid) inspections, examinations), the rules for issuing warnings about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements and requirements established by municipal legal acts, drawing up acts on forest violations and protocols on administrative offenses.
Also within the framework of the event, the results of the operational and preventive event “Lesovoz” were discussed. Airat Akhmerov said that this year 592 state forest inspectors were involved, as well as 450 employees of the territorial departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan were involved in the “Lesovoz” operation. As of October 1, 645 raids were carried out, 662 vehicles loaded with timber were stopped and inspected at stationary posts.
