Creative workshop “Forest Gifts” was opened in Kazan
Today, an opening ceremony of the creative workshop “Forest Gifts” of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Training and Experimental Sabinskiy Forestry Enterprise” took place in Kazan, in the building of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Head of the Workshop Leisan Khairutdinova and the Imam-khatib of the “Gailya” mosque of the Sovetskiy district Mukhtasibat of Kazan, Rustam Hazrat Khairullin took part in the event.
“Visiting our workshop, residents of the capital and its guests will be able to plunge into the world of nature, creativity and forests, said Leisan Khairutdinova. - All our products are of high quality, we are sure that the townspeople will like it”.
“Forest Gifts” creative workshop offers wood products: furniture with weaving elements, wicker cradles of different models, baskets, bath accessories, tea from herbs of our own production, honey and jam made from berries collected in ecologically clean places of the republic.
In addition, every Saturday and Sunday workshops on weaving baskets from natural vines, making panels, washcloths from bast, cooking gingerbread will be held in the workshop. And during the New Year holidays from January 3 to 8, 2020, master classes will be held daily with an expanded program where everyone can learn how to weave Christmas wreaths, make candles and other New Year's compositions. “Forest Gifts” workshop was examined today by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, as well as head-foresters and directors of the republic’s forestry enterprises.
