The Deputy Director of the Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a lesson for students of the Lyceum named after V.V. Karpov
Venera Efremenkova, Deputy Director of the “Roslesozashchita” branch of “Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan”, held a lesson for pupils of the “Zelenyi ostrovok” school forest district of Lyceum named after V.V. Karpov in Zelenodolskiy municipal district.
During the lesson, Venera Efremenkova acquainted the students with the areas of activity of the RT Forest Protection Center, the features of forest pathological monitoring, assessment of forest plant seeds, etc.
Along with this, questions of professional self-determination of schoolchildren were raised in the framework of the lesson. Venera Efremenkova spoke in detail about the professions of forestry, conditions of study at the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College and the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of Kazan State Agrarian University. Students learned about the specialties and areas of preparation of these educational institutions, the duration of training and employment opportunities.
