More than 100 forestry specialists of Tatarstan will take advanced training courses in 2020
The main goal of the personnel policy of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan is to provide the industry with highly qualified specialists on the basis of an effective system of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel at all levels, their employment and consolidation in production, creation of favorable conditions for productive labor, professional growth. So, according to the Ministry’s work plan, more than 100 people will undergo continuing education courses in 2020. These are state civil servants of the Ministry, employees of forest districts and forestry enterprises of the republic.
The training will be organized in the premises of the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of Leading Workers and Forestry Specialists, Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College, Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga) Federal University, etc.
