A meeting of the balance committee on results of activities of subordinate institutions in 2019 was held at the Ministry
Today, the Ministry held the first meeting of the balance committee on results of activities of subordinate institutions in 2019. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the meeting, head-foresters of Bavlinskiy, Bugulminskiy, Aznakayevskiy, Almetyevskiy, Kaleikinskiy and Laishevskiy forest districts, as well as directors of Bavlinskiy, Bugulminskiy, Aznakayevskiy, Almetyevskiy, Kaleikinskiy and Laishevskiy forestry enterprise reported on the work done last year.
During his speech, Ilgizar Zaripov called on specialists from subordinate institutions to intensify efforts to identify and prevent violations of forest legislation, prepare for the 2020 fire hazard season in forests and monitor compliance with fire safety requirements by citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. He instructed the directors of Bugulminskiy and Aznakayevskiy forestry enterprises to pay special attention to the cultivation of standard planting material, the Bavlinskiy forestry enterprise - to introduction of technology for creating forest crops with seedlings with a closed root system, and Almetyevskiy - to development of the estimated cutting area.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov dwelt on the issues of production of marketable products, performance of work and provision of services, supply of wood to enterprises of the republic, the efficient operation of machinery, payment of wages, labor and safety. He noted that the institutions have reserves to improve the efficiency of their activities.
Such meetings of the balance committee on results of activities of subordinate institutions will be held on February 8, 11, 15, 18 and 25 of this year.
