The Head of the Rental Relations Department of the Ministry held a lecture on organization of an apiary on the lands of the forest fund in Tatar Institute of Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel
Today, the Head of the Rental Relations Department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Akhmadullin gave a lecture “On organization of an apiary on the lands of the forest fund. Lease relations” for participants of advanced training courses for beekeepers under the program “Improving the efficiency of beekeeping development”. Advanced training courses are held at the Tatar Institute of Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel, a total of more than 100 people attend classes.
Fanil Akhmadullin acquainted the audience with the rules for using forests for farming, the specifics of concluding leases for forest plots, providing reports on the use of forests, etc. “Individuals and legal entities can use forests for farming only under the condition of concluding a lease agreement for forest plots, - he noted. - For the purpose of carrying out agricultural activities (including beekeeping) for their own needs citizens can arrange forest plots for free use”.
Also Fanil Akhmadullin dwelled on the fire safety rules in the forests and measures of responsibility for their violation.
It is worth noting that currently forest areas with a total area of about 300 hectares are provided for beekeeping in the Republic of Tatarstan.
