The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Elabuzhskiy and Tukayevskiy municipal districts
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Elabuzhskiy and Tukayevskiy municipal districts.
In Elabuzhskiy district, the Minister met with the Head of the Executive Committee of the municipal district, Rustem Nuriyev. During the meeting, issues of forestry development, reforestation and afforestation, and others were considered.
After Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” and the State Budget Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forestry Enterprise” on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”. The meeting was held in Elabuga city in the premises of the administration building, and the Deputy Head of the municipal district Zulfiya Sungatullina took part in it.
The main report at the meeting was made by the Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” Ramis Gilaziyev. He said that in 2019, forest restoration was carried out on the territory of the forestry on the area of 38 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 375 hectares, supplementation of forest crops - on 64 hectares. 150 kg of seeds of forest plants were harvested and 425.6 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown.
According to him, sanitary and health measures were carried out on the area of 178.4 hectares, of which harvesting illiquid wood - on 60 hectares.
“Within the framework of the federal state forest supervision, more than 1 thousand patrols of the land fund were carried out, 55 protocols on administrative offenses were compiled and 84 warnings were issued on inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of forest legislation, said Ramis Gilaziyev. - Currently, preparations for the fire hazard season in the forests are underway. We started issuing warnings to persons owning, using the territory adjacent to the forest fund, we are actively campaigning among the population to comply with fire safety rules in forests. In particular, these are speeches of forestry representatives with reports on fire-related topics at gatherings of citizens of rural settlements of Elabuzhskiy, Tukayevskiy and Mendeleyevskiy municipal districts, meetings with forest users and distribution of information leaflets”.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov thanked the employees of the forest district and forestry enterprise for their diligent work and dedication. “In 2020, you need to increase the level of development of the estimated cutting area. Also, on the eve of the fire hazard season in forests, I ask you not to forget about the effect of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 807, said Ravil Kuzyurov. - Namely, the need to clean the territory adjacent to the forest from dry grass, crop residues, felling residues, garbage, or to separate the forest with a fire-resistant mineralized strip”.
In the Tukayevskiy district, the Minister met with the Head of the municipal district, Fail Kamayev. The meeting, which was held in the premises of the administration building in Naberezhnye Chelny, was attended by the Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” Ramis Gilaziyev, Director of the SBI of RT “Elabuzhskiy Forestry Enterprise” Minnegayan Mukhametzyanov, and the Local Forester of the Tatarstanskiy district forestry, Irek Safin.
The meeting participants discussed issues related to reforestation, environmental campaigns of this year, laying of water-protective forest stands, ensuring fire safety in forests, etc.
