The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Mamadyshskiy municipal district
Today in the morning, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Mamadyshskiy municipal district. The main purpose of the visit is to hold meetings of subordinate institutions of the Ministry on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”.
The meeting of the staff of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshskiy Forestry Enterprise” took place in Mamadysh town in the premises of the administration building. It was attended by the Head of the municipal district Anatoly Ivanov.
The Head-Forester Akhat Khasanov reported on results of the work. “Today, the total land area of the forest fund of Mamadyshskiy forest district is 47.8 thousand hectares, of which 46.1 thousand hectares are forested. The forest district includes 4 local forestries - Klyaushskiy, Kumazanskiy, Nurminskiy and Sokolskiy, said Akhat Khasanov. - According to the state assignment, last year reforestation and afforestation works were carried out on the area of 58 hectares, establishment of protective forest stands on 10 hectares, supplementing of forest crops - on 145 hectares”.
To carry out work in 2020, 273 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 2145.6 thousand units of standard planting material were grown.
Also, the Head-Forester told about the sanitary-improving, control and supervision measures, environmental campaigns, career guidance in educational institutions, etc.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment to the work of subordinate institutions. “In anticipation of the fire hazard season in the forests, I ask you to continue to work on issuing warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory fire safety and interacting with local authorities, institutions, organizations, legal and physical persons who own and use the territory adjacent to the forest regarding its cleaning from dry grass, crop residues, deadwood, chopping residues, debris or separating the forest with a fire-resistant mineralized strip”, he said.
The results of the SPI of RT “Kamskiy Forest District” and the SBI of RT “Kamskiy Forestry Enterprise” in 2019 were discussed in Rural House of Culture of Kamskiy timber industry village. The keynote speaker was the Head-Forester Albert Shamilov. “Within the framework of the state assignment and the regional project “Forests Conservation”, in the reporting period, forest restoration was carried out on the area of 130.7 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 1.2 thousand hectares, supplementation of forest crops - on 364 hectares” - said Albert Shamilov.
According to him, forest pathological examination was carried out on the area of 2 thousand hectares, sanitary and health measures - on 110 hectares. During the implementation of federal state forest supervision, more than 1.1 thousand patrols of forest fund lands were carried out, 25 protocols on administrative offenses were compiled, and 48 warnings were issued on inadmissibility of violation of the requirements of forest legislation.
At the end of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov announced the priority tasks for 2020. He dwelt in detail on implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation” within the framework of the national project “Ecology”, the laying of water-protective forest stands, digitalization of the forest complex and preparations for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic foundation.
