Ravil Kuzyurov held meetings on results of activities of the Aksubayevskiy and Bilyarskiy forest districts in 2019
Today in the afternoon, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working trip to the Aksubayevskiy and Alekseyevskiy municipal districts. The main purpose of the visit is to hold meetings of subordinate institutions of the Ministry on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”.
The meeting of the staff of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aksubayevskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aksubayevskiy Forestry Enterprise” took place in the Aksubayevo town settlement in the administration building. It was attended by the Head of the municipal district, Kamil Gilmanov.
The results of work were reported by the Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Aksubayevskiy Forest District” Andrei Ilmukhin. He said that last year reforestation works were carried out on the territory of the forestry on the area of 51.6 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 415.4 hectares, and their supplement - on 104 hectares. “During the reporting year, 315 kg of forest plant seeds were harvested and 505.6 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown. This number of seedlings is sufficient for successful implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation” in 2020”, added Andrei Ilmukhin.
According to him, forest pathological examination was carried out on the area of 1 thousand hectares, harvesting illiquid wood - on 42 hectares.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the activities of the forest district and forestry enterprise in 2019. “I ask you not to slow down the pace of work this year. Task No. 1 - high-quality and timely execution of the state task for implementation of a set of works on forests protection, conservation and reproduction in the territory of the forest fund of the republic”, he stressed.
The Minister also dwelled on preparations for the 2020 fire season in the forests, accounting and assessment of condition of protective forest plantations, implementation of the program for the overhaul of administrative buildings of the Ministry’s subordinate institutions, organization of the II type fire station on the basis of the SBI of RT “Aksubayevskiy Forestry Enterprise” and the increase in wages of forest industry workers.
The results of activities of the SPI of RT “Bilyarskiy Forest District” and the SBI of RT “Bilyarskiy Forestry Enterprise” in 2019 were discussed in the administrative building of the forest district in the Bilyarsk village.
The keynote speaker at the meeting was the Head-Forester, Ramil Nurullin. “Today, the total land area of the forest fund of Bilyarskiy forest district is 50.8 thousand hectares, 48.7 thousand hectares of which are forested. The structure includes 5 district forestries - Alekseyevskiy, Baganinskiy, Bilyarskiy, Kzyl-Yulskiy and Bolshepolyanskiy, - said Ramil Nurullin. - According to the state assignment, last year reforestation was carried out on the area of 65.7 hectares, supplementation of forest crops - on 204 hectares, sowing seeds in a forest nursery - on 1 hectare”.
Also, the Head-Forester told about the sanitary-improving, control and supervision measures, environmental campaigns, career guidance in educational institutions, etc.
Summing up the meeting, Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions to employees of subordinate institutions related to the implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” as part of the national project “Ecology”, preventing and detecting violations of forest legislation, ensuring fire safety in forests, digitalizing the forest complex and preparations for the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Foundation.
It is worth noting that at the end of the meetings of subordinate institutions, distinguished forestry workers were awarded. The commemorative signs “100 years of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Formation” were handed to the Forester of the DKR Baganinskiy section of the SBI of RT “Bilyarskiy Forestry Enterprise” Vitaly Zakharov and the Forestry Veteran Vyacheslav Mastrikov.
