Employees of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” took part in the Republican seminar “Young ecologists - conservationists”
The Republican seminar “Young ecologists – conservationists” was held in the premises of Kindergarten “Topolek” of the Tukayevskiy district. The event was organized by Department of Education of the Tukaevskiy municipal district.
The seminar was attended by Reforestation Engineer of the SPI of RT “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” Oksana Smirnova, Local Forester of the Tatarstanskiy precinct forestry Irek Safin, representatives of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, Information and Methodological Center of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, general educational and preschool institutions of the republic .
During the event, issues of environmental education and upbringing of the younger generation, development of modern educational programs, effective forms of work on the study of ecology etc. were discussed.
A report at the event was made by the Reforestation Engineer of the SPI of RT “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” Oksana Smirnova. She acquainted those present with the activities of the institution and supervised school forest districts. Oksana Smirnova dwelt in detail on ongoing environmental campaigns, master classes, lectures, contests and other events aimed at creating an ecological culture of children.
Also the 9th grade pupil of school forestry of Shilnebash secondary school Rodion Titov spoke at the meeting. He presented the project “Comprehensive assessment of the ecological state of the Shilnebash village”, in which he shared his observations on the environmental impact on the growth and development of trees.
