The Head of the RT Ministry of Forestry Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting on results of work of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arskiy Forestry Enterprise” in 2019
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Arskiy municipal district. There he held a meeting of the SPI of RT “Arskiy Forest District” and the SBI of RT “Arskiy Forestry Enterprise” on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”.
The meeting was held in the basis of Urnyak Village House of Culture. It was attended by the Head of the municipal district Ilshat Nuriyev.
The keynote address at the meeting was made by the Head-Forester Shamil Khairullin. “Today, the total land area of the Arskiy forest district forest fund is 32.2 thousand hectares, 30.6 thousand hectares of which are forested. On the territory of the forest fund there are 3 natural monuments of regional significance - “Istoki reki Kazanka”, “Rukotvornyi les”, “Ayu urmany” and part of the “Baltasinskiy” State Nature Reserve”, said Shamil Khairullin.
According to him, last year, within the framework of the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the national project “Ecology”, reforestation was carried out on the area of 80.5 hectares was carried out, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 800 hectares, their supplement - on 184 ha. 299 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 982.7 million pieces of standard planting material were grown.
Sanitary and health measures were carried out on the area of 122.2 hectares, including illiquid wood harvesting - on 71 ha.
Shamil Khairullin also spoke about the control and supervision measures, environmental campaigns, preparations for the 2020 fire hazard season in the forests, etc.
Further, a report was made by the Chief Economist of the SBI of RT “Arskiy Forestry Enterprise”, the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization Nadiya Ziganshina.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment to the work of subordinate institutions in 2019. “I thank you all for your diligent work and dedication, he said. - Among the tasks for the current year are the high-quality and timely execution of the state task to carry out a set of works on forests protection, conservation and reproduction in the republic, increasing the efficiency of federal state forest supervision. I also ask you to strengthen control over ensuring fire safety in the forests”.
At the end of the meeting, an awarding ceremony of distinguished forestry workers was held. The awards were presented by Minister Ravil Kuzyurov and the Head of the municipal district, Ilshat Nuriyev. The commemorative badge “100 Years of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Foundation” was awarded to the Head-Forester Shamil Khairullin. Specialists were also thanked by Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, letters of appreciation from the heads of the Arskiy and Baltasinskiy municipal districts, certificates of honor of the SPI of RT “Arskiy Forest District” and the SBI of RT “Arskiy Forestry Enterprise”.
