The participants of the environmental association “Young Ecologists” got acquainted with the exposition of the Forestry Museum
Today, members of the environmental association “Young Ecologists” of the Municipal Budgetary Institution of Additional Education “Ecology, Culture, Education” of Kaibitskiy municipal district visited the Forestry Museum of the Ministry. The tour for the children was conducted by the Director of the museum Ilgiz Zaripov.
Ilgiz Zaripov told the pupils about the history and current state of forestry in the Republic of Tatarstan, areas of activity of forest districts and forestry enterprises of the republic, the work of the Forest Selection and Seed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, etc.
“Young Ecologists Association was established in 2010. It consists of pupils aged 10 to 15 years, said Elmira Rakhmatullina, a Chemistry and Biology Teacher of the Berlibashskaya General Education School. - We are studying the state of environment, looking for ways to solve environmental problems. We have our own ecological path, and the guys often go to the forest, participate in the campaigns “Forest Planting Day”, “Forest Week”, “Eco-Spring”, “Hand over Battery - Save Nature”, “March of Parks” and many others”.
