The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded a special prize in the nomination of the Republican Photo Contest “National Projects: Tatarstan - 2019”
Today, a videoconference expanded meeting of the commission of the Regional Political Council Presidium of the “Edinaya Rossiya” Tatarstan Regional Branch on issues of assistance in informing and implementing national projects was held. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Secretary of the Tatarstan Branch of “Edinaya Rossiya”, Farid Mukhametshin.
Opening the meeting, the Head of the republic’s parliament, Farid Mukhametshin, praised the implementation of national projects as an unprecedented measure “to address a wide range of issues related to the livelihoods of people throughout Tatarstan”.
In his opinion, in order to establish work at the system level and achieve effective results, it is necessary to continue joining forces with party structures, ministries and departments of the republic, to increase their responsibility for implementation of national projects.
First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin said that last year 49 regional projects were implemented in Tatarstan as part of national projects, funding amounted to 27.4 billion rubles. More than 340 social and infrastructure facilities - kindergartens, schools were built and repaired, mobile medical centers for medical examination were purchased, work on installation of a medical facility, reconstruction of treatment facilities, and others continued.
This year, the republic will take part in implementation of 11 national projects, within which 50 regional projects will operate, financing will amount to 25.7 billion rubles.
Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Commission Tatyana Larionova believes it is important to understand that national projects are not only construction, reconstruction, overhaul of various facilities. This is, first and foremost, the achievement of targets for each of the national projects. She proposed to envisage the possibility of fixing deputies for specific targets.
In conclusion, the winners in competitions organized as part of implementation of national projects were awarded. The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded a special prize in nomination “Achievement in the industry – in focus” of the Republican photo contest “National Projects: Tatarstan - 2019” for the best coverage of the national project “Ecology”. The award was presented to the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and the Head of the Republican Press and Mass Media Agency “Tatmedia” Aidar Salimgarayev.
