Forestry Engineer of Kzyl-Yulduzskiy forest district Raisa Khamzina won the contest “Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women’s View”
Today, in Kazan, a solemn event dedicated to International Women’s Day and summing up of the contest “Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women’s View” took place in the Big Concert Hall named after S. Saidashev. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Advisor to the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiyev, the Chairman of the Regional Public Organization “Women of Tatarstan” Zilya Valeyeva and others took part in it.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated women in the hall on the upcoming holiday, wished them health and prosperity. “A woman - is, first of all, a mother, and mother is the most sacred for us. I would like to wish you to enjoy your children and grandchildren. And so that they please you”, he said.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in the Republic of Tatarstan women are actively working in various fields: in education, culture, medicine, industry and agriculture, and are engaged in science and business. “What you do is tremendous work. We bow to you. We wish peace and harmony to your families”, added the President of Tatarstan.
Then Rustam Minnikhanov presented a number of state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan and medals in honor of the 75th Anniversary of the Great Victory to women veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
Mintimer Shaimiyev, in turn, recalled that the contest “Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women's View” has been held for over twenty years. The founder of the contest is the Regional Public Organization “Women of Tatarstan”. Mintimer Shaimiyev thanked the organizers of the contest for the annual wonderful holiday.
“The greatest wealth of the state is women. We are capable to do a lot. It’s beautiful to work, study, raise children and be an example in this”, he said.
This year, a special sign of the contest “Woman of the Year” was made for awarding. Mintimer Shaimiyev presented them to the winners of the contest in nominations “Woman-Mother”, “My Destiny is my Profession”, “Woman is Culture and Spirituality”, “Woman Scientist”, “Business Lady”.
Among the distinguished women was a representative of the forestry industry – Forestry Engineer of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District” Raisa Khamzina. She became the winner in the nomination “My Destiny is my Profession”.
Raisa Khamzina was born on May 16, 1971 in the Vakhitovo village of Mamadyshskiy district. In 1990 she graduated from the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College, in 1997 - from the Mari State Technical University. Raisa Khamzina began her career in 1990 as an Accountant at the Kzyl-Yulduzskiy forestry enterprise. After she worked as a Senior Accountant, Economist, Chief Economist, Forest Master in Kzyl-Yulduzskiy forest district. Raisa Khamzina has been a Forestry Engineer since 2016.
According to colleagues, Raisa Khamzina is a highly qualified specialist, responsible, active, attentive and friendly person.
For many years of work and contribution to the development of forestry, Raisa Khamzina was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan (2003), Letter of Appreciation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (2006), Certificate of Honor of the Federal Forestry Agency (2009) and others.
