The Ministry launched a three-day online seminar on land law issues
Today, the Ministry launched a three-day online seminar for head-foresters and forestry engineers on land law issues. The event is organized by the Information Portal “Housing and Public Utilities Management”.
On the first day of online seminar, Ekaterina Morozova, the Assistant to the Analysis and Methodological Support Department of the State Cadastral Valuation of the Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and Ivan Sovetnikov, the Chairman of the Moscow Region Forestry Committee gave lectures. The issues of implementation of the Federal Law No. 341-FZ dated 03.08.2018 “On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts regarding the Simplification of the Linear Objects Placement”, features, methods of registration of easement and public easement and the rules for using forests for construction, reconstruction and operation of linear objects were considered.
It is expected that issues of protected zones and establishment of a public easement, examination of initial permits as part of project documentation for the construction of a linear facility, etc. will be highlighted on March 12 and 13.
