Advanced training courses for forest masters and precinct foresters were held at the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Sabinskiy Forest District”
Yesterday, on March 11, the SPI of RT “Sabinskiy Forest District” started three-day advanced training courses for forest masters and precincts foresters of the forest district.
The lecturers were delivered by the Head of the State Control and Supervision Department of the Ministry Airat Akhmerov, the Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Sabinskiy Forest District” Vasil Gizzatullin and the Engineer for Forest Conservation and Protection of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Training and Experimental Sabinskiy Forestry Enterprise” Zoya Multanova. Airat Akhmerov told the participants about the features of conducting scheduled and unscheduled, documentary and field inspections, control measures in the forests (patrolling and scheduled inspections, examinations), the rules for issuing warnings, drawing up acts of forest violations, protocols on administrative offenses, determining the amount of compensation for damage caused to forests and their natural objects as a result of violation of forest legislation.
It is expected that today the training will address issues of protecting forests from fires, protecting them from pests and diseases, planting forest crops, assessing the effectiveness of forestry measures, labor protection, maintaining technical documentation in forestry, etc.
