Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Drozhzhanovskiy and Tetyushskiy municipal districts
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working trip to Drozhzhanovskiy and Tetyushskiy municipal districts.
In Drozhzhanovskiy district, the Minister held a meeting on preparations for the upcoming 2020 fire and forest cultural seasons. The meeting was held at the administration of Staroye Drozhzhanoye village. The Head of the municipal district Marat Gafarov, the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinskiy Forest District” Ilnar Gataullin, the Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinskiy Forestry Enterprise” Sergey Kirillov, the Precinct Forester of the Drozhzhanovskiy precinct forestry Sagid Makhmutov, representatives of the district executive committee, the chamber of land and property relations of the district, district department of agriculture and food, the heads of rural settlements took part in the discussions.
During the meeting, issues related to implementation of reforestation and afforestation in the framework of the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the national project “Ecology”, laying of protective forest plantations, issuing warnings to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, rules established municipal legal acts, ensuring fire safety in forests, environmental campaigns in 2020, etc. were considered.
Summing up the meeting, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions to employees of subordinate institutions. “The forest cover of the territory of Drozhzhanovskiy district is much lower than the national average, therefore we are faced with the strategic task of increasing this indicator”, he said, in particular.
In Tetyushskiy district, the Minister held a meeting of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushskiy Forestry Enterprise” on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”. The meeting took place in Tetyushi town in the administration building. It was attended by the Head of the municipal district Ramis Safiullov.
The keynote speaker was Ranil Rakhmatullin, the Head-Forester. He said that last year reforestation works were carried out on the territory of the forest district on the area of 22 hectares, afforestation - on 15 hectares, the establishment of protective forest stands - on 37 hectares.
Forest pathological examination was carried out on the area of 1 thousand hectares, sanitary and sanitary measures - on 45 hectares, including harvesting illiquid wood - on 30 hectares.
“Forestry is fully staffed with qualified personnel, the average work experience of employees is 10 years, Ranil Rakhmatullin noted. - Last year, 6 employees took advanced training courses”.
Further, the Director of the forestry enterprise Rais Khalitov and Forestry Engineer Aleksei Yudin made reports at the event. Rais Khalitov focused on the issues of production of marketable products, work, services, wood supply, and Aleksei Yudin - on activities of the primary trade union organization.
Ravil Kuzyurov praised the results of the work of subordinate institutions. “It is important not to slow down this year, the Minister emphasized. - We, in turn, are always ready to support you in your endeavors”.
At the end of the meeting, an awarding ceremony was held for distinguished forestry workers. A certificate of honor of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded to the Forest Master of the Klyarinskiy precinct forestry of the SPI of RT “Tetyushskiy Forest District” Ilgam Garayev, Forester of the SBI of RT “Tetyushskiy Forestry Enterprise” Viktor Sorokin, a memorial sign “100 Years of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Foundation” – to industry veteran Irfan Khalitov.
