2) to throw burning matches, cigarette butts and hot ash from smoking pipes, glass (glass bottles, cans, etc.);

3) to use when hunting wads of combustible or smoldering materials;

4) to leave materials oiled or saturated with gasoline, kerosene or other combustible substances (paper, cloth, towels, cotton wool, etc.) in places not specially provided for this purpose;

5) to refuel fuel tanks of internal combustion engines during engine operation, use machines with a faulty engine power supply system, and also smoke or use an open flame near vehicles that are fueled by fuel;

6) to litter the forest with household, construction, industrial and other waste and garbage.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 242 dated April 01, 2020, a special fire protection regime is established in the republic from April 10 to May 17, 2020.

During the special fire-fighting regime, it is prohibited to burn dry grass and garbage, cook on an open fire (bonfires, barbecues), use the pyrotechnic products of hazard class 1-3 in the territories of settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires, horticultural and vegetable garden associations, and children's recreation and recovery organizations, economic facilities, health organizations bordering forest areas, as well as in forest park areas, peatlands and open areas bordering forest arrays.

Violation of fire safety rules in the forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials - up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities - up to 200 thousand rubles. If the violation was committed in the conditions of a special fire-prevention regime, in this case the size of the administrative fine increases and will amount to 4 to 5 thousand rubles for citizens, officials - from 20 to 40 thousand rubles, legal entities - from 300 to 500 thousand rubles.

It is worth noting that in 90% of cases, the main cause of forest fires is a violation of fire safety rules and careless handling of fire. If you witness a fire in the forest, immediately report it by phone: 8-800-100-94-00, 8 (843) 221-37-95.
