The column “Veterans of the forest industry” continues as part of the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic foundation. Today, its heroine is Kashapova Sauda Gabidullovna, who worked for 38 years in the Aznakayevskiy forestry enterprise.
Sauda Kashapova was born on February 2, 1936 in the Starosultangulovo village of Asekeyevskiy district, Orenburg region. In 1953 she graduated from Asekeyevo Secondary School, in 1958 - from the Kuibyshev Agricultural Institute (now - Samara State Agrarian University).
Sauda Kashapova began her career in 1958 as a Forestry Engineer at the Aznakayevskiy forestry enterprise. Remaining true to the chosen path, she worked at this post for 38 years. Sauda Gabidullovna made a considerable contribution to the development of forestry, with her assistance, innovative methods of forestry were introduced at the forestry enterprise, including creating forest crops, protecting forests from fires, etc. Along with this, she participated in public life, being the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the forestry enterprise and the people's assessor of the Aznakayevskiy People’s Court of the TASSR.
For her dedicated work, Sauda Kashapova was awarded the badges “XX years of service in the state forest guard of the USSR”, “XXX years of service in the state forest guard of the USSR”, the medal “Veteran of Labor”, was awarded the honorary title “Honored Forester of the TASSR”, etc.
