15 thousand pieces of poplar cuttings Hybrid-38 were harvested at the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forestry Enterprise”
The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forestry Enterprise” completed the harvesting of hardwood cuttings. “A total of 15 thousand pieces of Hybrid-38 poplar cuttings were procured. Cuttings will be planted in the school department of the nursery, and after that they will be used to lay protective forest stands, said Nurfiya Ibragimova, Reforestation Engineer of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forest District”. - Last Saturday, we started digging up standard planting material. To date, 30 thousand pieces of common pine seedlings have been dug, more than 20 people are involved in the work”.
Within the framework of the spring forest growing season, reforestation on the territory of the Bugulminskiy forest district will be carried out on the area of 95 hectares, forest crops will be replenished on 220 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 681 hectares, and laying of ravine-beam forest plantations - on 11 hectares.
