Work on laying and updating fire mineralized strips continues in the republic
Work on laying and updating fire mineralized strips continues in the Republic of Tatarstan. According to specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of April 14 this year, 1,324 km of new strips were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 2,218 km were maintained. Employees of the Buinskiy, Bolgarskiy, Kaleikinskiy and Training Experimental Sabinskiy forestry enterprises of the republic completed the work.
Also, forestry specialists are currently improving landscaping areas for citizens staying in the forests and installing information stands, nameplates and billboards on fire topics.
Let us recall that the fire hazard season in the forests in Tatarstan was launched on April 6, a special fire regime - on April 10 this year.
