Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov got acquainted with the work of subordinate institutions of the Ministry
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov inspected the work of subordinate institutions of the Ministry.
At the beginning of his working trip, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the forest fire station of type III of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” in Vysokaya Gora village of the Vysokogorskiy municipal district. There are 14 units of equipment at this facility, including 4 fire tankers, as well as the necessary fire equipment and other special equipment to extinguish forest fires. The explanations during the inspection were given by the Director of the SBI of RT “Forest Fire Center” Aidar Gaifullin.
Then Ravil Kuzyurov got acquainted with the work of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodnyi Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Training and Experimental Prigorodnyi Forestry Enterprise”. When visiting the facilities, he was accompanied by the Head-Forester Ilnur Kashafeyev and the Director of the forestry enterprise Aleksei Aleksandrov.
First of all, the Minister visited the Iske-Kazanskiy precinct forestry. There, he assessed the progress of cleaning the forest fund, cleaning illiquid wood and planting forest crops. Ilnur Kashafeyev said that to date, 200 thousand units of standard planting material have been dug, artificial reforestation was carried out on the area of 15 hectares. In total, according to the plan this year, in the territory of the Prigorodnyi forest district, reforestation will be carried out on the area of 25 hectares, forest crops will be supplemented on 12.6 hectares, and agricultural crops will be forested with 114 hectares.
After Ravil Kuzyurov visited the Vysokogorskiy and Stolbishchenskiy precinct forestries, where he inspected the progress of implementation of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests and improvement of the recreation area “Golubye ozera”. It is worth noting that as of April 16, 85 km of new fire-resistant mineralized strips have been created in the territory of Prigorodnyi forest district and maintenance of the existing mineralized strips with a total length of 120 km has been carried out.
The last point of the Minister’s working trip was Matyushinskiy precinct forestry. There Ravil Kuzyurov examined the forest base of the forestry enterprise.
