Forest fire-fighting equipment purchased in the framework of the “Ecology” national project was handed over to forestry enterprises of the republic
Today, the equipment purchased under the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the federal project “Forests Conservation” of the national project “Ecology” was transferred to the forestry enterprises of the republic in the premises of the forest fire station of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” in the Vysokaya Gora village. In total, 3 ATs-3.0-40 (GAZ-33086) fire trucks and 1 small UAZ-390945 small forest patrol complex were transferred to subordinate institutions of the Ministry. The new equipment was received by Arskiy, Laishevskiy, Aznakayevskiy and the Training Experimental Prigorodnyi forestry enterprises.
“We are certainly pleased to receive new vehicles. Due to the proximity to Kazan, the forests of the Prigorodnyi forest district experience a high recreational load. During the fire hazard season in the forests, all our employees stay ready, regardless of the time of day. As soon as a signal arrives about a fire near the forest fund, we set off for the place. Thanks to the implementation of the “Ecology” national project, we will be able to significantly increase the effectiveness of forest protection from fires”, said Aleksey Aleksandrov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Training and Experimental Prigorodnyi Forestry Enterprise”.
Let us recall that in 2020, funds in the amount of 197.7 million rubles, including for the purchase of machinery and equipment - 46.4 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget. In addition to forest fire-fighting equipment (9 ATs-3.0-40 (GAZ-33086) fire tankers), 1 small UAZ-390945 small forest patrol complex, 2 high-pressure fire-fighting installations), forestry equipment - 8 forest planting units ALP-1, 8 KLB-1.7 cultivators and 7 PKL-70 plows will also be purchased.
