In 2020, commemorative planting, squares and alleys will be laid in each municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic foundation. In total, it is planned to plant forest crops on the area of 246 hectares. These are seedlings of spruce, pine, larch, mountain ash and linden.

Planting trees will be organized by employees of the executive committees of the municipal districts. Given the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, measures will be taken in the spring to prevent and counteract the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection - participants will come to the campaign wearing masks and gloves, plant trees at a distance from each other and be in groups of no more than two or three people.

Let us recall that in the fall of 2019, commemorative plantings were laid in the republic's districts in honor of the 100th anniversary of the TASSR foundation on the area of 43 hectares.
