Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov made a report at a meeting on implementation of legislation on state languages
Today, the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rais Gumerov, made a report at the videoconference meeting on implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on state languages. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasil Shaikhraziyev.
In the course of his speech, Rais Gumerov acquainted the meeting participants with the results of work of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the implementation of the legislation on state languages for the first quarter and April 2020. In particular, he spoke about the content of the Ministry’s website, translation of regulatory legal acts, provision of free legal aid to citizens in the Tatar language, etc.
The Deputy Minister also dwelt in detail on the issues of designing signs in two state languages, campaign signs and banners installed on the territory of the forest fund, including along federal, regional, and local roads. He said that currently, 320 signs and banners have been issued in two languages.
