The Ministry discussed the tasks for the upcoming period in a video conference meeting
Today, the Ministry held a video-conference meeting at which the tasks for the coming period were considered. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by head-foresters of forest districts and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Reports at the meeting were made by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov and Rais Gumerov.
Ilgizar Zaripov spoke about the start of an admission campaign at the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College. So, applicants can enter the specialties “Forestry and Forest Park Management”, “Landscape Gardening and Landscape Construction" and “Economics and Accounting”.
“The college has created all conditions for successful student learning: there are specialized classrooms and laboratories, a library, a sports hall, computer classes, a forest plot for research and educational activities. I ask you to bring this information to the attention of 9th grade graduates in your municipal districts”, he said.
Rais Gumerov dwelled on implementation of the program for the overhaul of administrative buildings of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the efficient operation of equipment and fulfillment of the state task to carry out a set of work on forests conservation, protection and reproduction in the Republic of Tatarstan. According to him, employees of Almetyevskiy, Alkeyevskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Bavlinskiy and Kzyl-Yulduzskiy forestry enterprises are among the leaders in fulfilling the state task. The work needs to be intensified by specialists from Mamadyshskiy, Leninogorskiy, Nurlatskiy, Aksubayevskiy and Agryzskiy forestry enterprises.
The meeting was concluded by the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. He instructed the directors of forestry enterprises to develop a plan to increase the efficiency of financial and economic activities of institutions. “Analyze what services you can provide to enterprises and organizations in municipal districts, the Minister said. - I understand that this is not easy, given the consequences of the pandemic for the economy of our republic and the country as a whole. But our common task is to save the forestry enterprises and go through this period without serious complications”.
In addition, Ravil Kuzyurov focused the attention of the meeting participants on the high-quality and timely execution of the state task, as well as the organization of storage of forestry, forest fire and logging machinery and equipment.
In conclusion, the Minister recalled the measures taken in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19. “I have repeatedly said that people have always been and remain the main wealth - the gold fund of the forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. We are all happy that the pandemic is on the decline, but this does not mean that we must reduce control. Take care of yourself, your loved ones and strictly observe all safety measures”, he emphasized.
