The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov met with the General Director of Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry LLC Ali Kılıç
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Elabuzhskiy municipal district. There he met with the General Director of Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry LLC Ali Kılıç. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov.
During the meeting, the issues of supplying wood to the Kastamonu woodworking plant were considered. Participants discussed timber harvesting, transportation, pricing, etc.
For reference. Kastamonu was founded in 1969 as part of the HAYAT holding, which has been operating since 1937. The total annual production of wood-based panels at Kastamonu plants is 5 million m³, 2.45 million m³ of which is MDF and 2.55 million m³ is particleboard. Kastamonu is one of the 5 largest woodworking companies in Europe.
