The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a public discussion of results of law enforcement practice for the 2nd quarter of 2020
On July 21, 2020 at 12:00 a public discussion of the results of law enforcement practice of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for the 2nd quarter of this year will take place. The event will be held in a conference mode on the basis of the Zoom platform in order to explain to business entities typical and massive violations of the mandatory requirements of regulatory legal acts.
The conference will also consider the requirements of Federal Law of July 19, 2018 No. 212-FZ “On Amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation regarding improving forest reproduction and afforestation” (the procedure for compensatory afforestation).
