Tatarstan citizens can take part in the voting on the All-Russian competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and development of ecotourism in Russia
Popular voting on the All-Russian competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and development of ecotourism in Russia continues on the site https://priroda.life. The competition became part of a comprehensive work on development of ecotourism carried out by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to address the large-scale tasks of the national project “Ecology” and the Strategy for Development of Tourism in the Russian Federation until 2035.
The Republic of Tatarstan is represented at the competition by 5 clusters, each of which includes one or several specially protected natural areas. These are “Kamskoye Ustye” (the state natural reserve of regional significance of the landscape profile “Gora Lobach” and the natural monument of regional significance “Yurievskaya Peshchera”), “Nizhnyaya Kama” (National Park “Nizhnyaya Kama”), “Volzhsko-Kamskiy” (Volzhsko-Kamskiy state natural biosphere reserve), “Vysokogorskiy” (state natural reserve of regional significance of the complex profile “Golubye Ozera”) and “Rybnaya Sloboda” (state natural zoological (hunting) reserve of regional significance “Shumbutskiy”).
The popular vote will last until July 23 of this year. To vote for the projects of the republic, you need to go through authorization on the competition website, select Tatarstan on the map in the “Geography” section and put a like.
According to the results of the first stage, on July 28, the competition committee will select 30 applications, the teams of which will be able to participate in the acceleration program. According to the results of the competition, 10 winning territories will receive support for the creation of pilot tourist and recreational clusters.
