Forestry specialists of the republic improve their qualifications
Specialists of the forestry industry of the Republic of Tatarstan take advanced training courses. “The main goal of our personnel policy is to preserve, strengthen and develop human resources, create favorable conditions for productive work and professional growth, says Lilia Murtazina, Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Sector of the Ministry. - This year, due to the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, qualification courses were conducted remotely. So, in the second quarter 7 people were trained - these are state civil servants of the Ministry, employees of forest districts and forestry enterprises of the republic”.
The training was organized on the basis of the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of Executives and Forestry Specialists and the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal Universit”, added Lilia Murtazina.
